As a ham radio operator, renewable energy installer and off-grid system owner I can say that your customer is going to experience RFI with most any inverter.
If you or he have no luck finding that ideal inverter I suggest investigating the RFI mitigation resources found at Palomar Engineering.

I get no RFI from my older Outback VFX 3524 but then again, my rig is about 50 feet away from my inverter.
