Hmm... As I read this I think of the 23 year old array of 18 BP90 modules that powers my own home. Back then modules were typically 36 125mm cells, and the standard dimension for these was 21" by 47". So I don't think of a 16-module or 18 module array as large. Mine is on an early Wattsun tracker (I leave the tracking turned off so that it'll still be working when the time comes to sell my home) on a 6" sch. 40 pole.

What Jason said.  I did a (3) 16 panel DPW TOP’s on a really steep hill (think about 50deg or more) for Wendell Berry years ago.  The good folks at DPW told me then that I was getting the very last 16 mod TOP’s because of wind and seismic.  If I recall, I had to use 12” sch80 and let me just say that some projects, even for super cool customers like Wendell, are better left to others lol.  We did that job in the middle of an unusually cold and snowy winter- I shiver every time I think about it.  All that to say, I have a hard time believing this pic is of a real install- could be wrong.  But if it is then the moment on that pole has to be absolutely HUGE, even in a light breeze.

I did a google pictures search and could not find anything that big. Really need a backside pix. I do not like using 8" poles because of their weight on a hill. The one in the picture must be 10" or larger. Gigundo pole mount!

I give up but maybe someone else? Good Luck!

Hi folks--Apologies for the snags. I'll be in my grave before I'm skilled at doing pictures. I've attached the picture as a pdf. This mounting system looks pretty efficient--48 modules on a single pole. Does anyone have an idea as to the manufacturer or experience with the racking? The photo was unattributed.
