Has anyone ever seen the local interface logo just spin and never get to
the local interface page?

I can see the Data Manager from the Sunny Portal side and it appears to be
responsive, but the local interface does not work. It never did since it
was installed. SMA Tech support suggested a factory reset and if that
didn't work that the unit is faulty and would need to be replaced.
Something doesn't sound right to me with that explanation since
everything else seems to work.

I tried with Chrome on Mac, Safari, and Android browsers and the same thing
happens on all devices and browers after bypassing the https security alert.
