We installed a Sonnen Eco 10 unit with whole house consumption kit (required for whole house backup). System is functional but the monitoring is all over the place. Will show consumption then show nothing and same with production from the PV. Been back and forth with Sonnen tech support trying to get this resolved to no avail. Weird thing is when we switch the system over to off-grid mode we get solid numbers on the monitoring. Wondering if anyone else has experienced these issues installing Sonnen systems?
