            The rates are pretty much the same they have been for a while...horrible.  There is still the E-1 for non-solar customers rates from $.26 to $.41/Kwhr.  Of course if you are a solar customer there is the E-TOU-C and E-TOU-D.  Don't ask me to do the spreadsheet for which is best because, you guessed it, it depends.
