Just like Jerry mentioned, I’ve gotten out of similar situations by manipulating the multiple strings in the combiner box to conform to string voltage requirements. Instead of having 2 strings of 3 modules, with one well placed burndy connector, you now have a single string of 6. It can become more complicated with odd string numbers and fewer MPPT input options.
