Andrew,
We had a couple of Sanyo’s we tried to get warranty replacement on about 12 
years ago with no success and this was on modules that were just a few years 
old. We spent too many hours trying to navigate the endless emails, phone calls 
and paperwork and ended up giving up. It seemed like the distributor and 
manufacture had a “rope-a-dope” strategy and it worked with us.
