A follow up on this I talked to a buddy at a large company that installs enphase.
He said the issue is that the firmware fails without the web for updates. He’s seen it lots of times. Which means this project will have to get web connected to hopefully fix it. I haven’t found in the instructions or warranty that web connection is mandatory, but maybe I missed it.
