Hi Jay,  in my experience most fans are readily available, you just have to
pull the old fan and get a part number from its nameplate. Or you can
probably order one from Fronius tech support. Worst case I experienced was
on an old SHARP inverter (3 MPPT's), it was supposed to be 3-wire fan, but
all i could find was 2-wire. So instead of coming on when temperature
sensor triggered it, the fan was just on all the time. not great but better
than overheating
