A local building official recently wrote this: This is to comply with the new codes (California Energy Code and the Nation Electric Code) that require this minimum buss rating regardless of the service size or main size. The new code allegedly requires a minimum bus rating of 225A in all new services of 200A rating or less. Do any of you know what new code this might be? Thanks in advance for your time.
