We have installed a few systems on facilities with the type of roofing you are describing. These roofs have to be treated carefully, my advice is to consult with the roofing manufacturer and use a manufacturer approved system. I did a test pilot drill, and it definitely works like pvc. I think using standard L-foot flashing should be fine to tuck under them, and lag into the rafters as usual, unless there is something I'm missing. Any experience or comments shared would be appreciated.
