Does this unit have a touchscreen? Can you touch the settings wheel and get into the settings that way?

MD Electric: I touched the screen and it did not respond. Could the display be defective? This unit is a 12K-P. The serial number is blank. I am not sure I am looking at a manual for the 12K-P.
