You cannot use the balancing xformer with the A version. They also need the mate3S and new hub. 10.1?

Friends: I am completely unable to reach Outback tech support so I am wondering if you can answer a question: I am replacing two VFX3648 inverters with 2 FXR3048-A inverters. The existing setup has two X240 transformers and is programmed as OB stacking. This is the schema that allows one inverter to sleep. Does the FXR inverter support that stacking and that use of the X240 transformer? I have a vague recollection that the R series does not offer that stacking option. Thanks in advance.
