Polarwire's Arctic Ultraflex and the lugs they sell are made for each other. No errant strands to deal with. Insulation cuts easily with any knife. I cut lengths with a small cordless bandsaw. I crimp with a cheap Chinese hydraulic crimper. I used the Milwaukie on a job and it was nice, but I've never felt the need to buy one and I make lots of cables. 30 yesterday. And I'm a tool queer :)
