Mark,
If you pair a Victron charge controller with a Victron Cerbo and your Starlink 
internet connection you will be able to use the Victron VRM monitoring platform 
which has iPhone and Android apps and will allow you remote settings changes as 
well as detailed monitoring. 

You can also connect a whole host of sensors (temperature, CTs, pulse meters, 
tank level sensors, etc) as well as other Victron devices like the Smart Shunt 
or BMV battery monitors to the Cerbo. You can monitor them all through the VRM 
app. My $.02 is that the Victron option is more flexible and will offer you 
much better remote monitoring options vs Morningstar.
