This is a PSA for Enphase installers. There is a known issue with new
systems that have a mix of two firmwares out of the box. The last few
systems we have installed had microinverters from different batches with
the below two firmwares. It causes all of the r06 microinverters to
intermittently stop producing power. The solution is to update the firmware
on all microinverters, but customer service needs to escalate that request
to engineering to make that happen. They have been turning around
resolutions within 24 hours, in my experience.

So, if you see several microinverters not producing power or not as much
power as others, check the firmware in your Device List in Enlighten
Manager.

FYI, don't rely on the "assembly part number" because sometimes they can be
the same, but still have different firmware out of the box.

So far, I have seen this issue on IQ8M and IQ8A.
