This is a smart IoT device <https://shop.yosmart.com/products/ys7106?variant=42759198474491&country=US¤cy=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAt4C-BhBcEiwA8Kp0CZ4PovkNPisfISXMrIVukd795AgmTr7mS5ks6rw1vqD6LP-Ni2vO1BoC9PcQAvD_BwE> that you can plug into a utility grid-only outlet and it will alert you (through the separately purchased hub) in a variety of ways when the power goes out. You could even program it to turn on a light or an alarm buzzer using a smart relay and program the logic on the phone app. Once you have the hub and phone app installed there are a ton of other "smart" sensors and devices that work with the system. My off-grid home has gotten a lot smarter in the past couple of years! https://shop.yosmart.com/ <https://shop.yosmart.com/>
