A Radian 4048 disconnected from the grid with a high grid voltage error
showing on the Mate 3. The Mate 3 was displaying a voltage of 279 - 280
V. The Mate 3 was replaced with another Mate 3, and the high voltage
reading remained.
When the voltage was checked with two separate multi meters, the
readings came out to 249 - 250 V. I believe that the 249 - 250 volt
reading is correct.
The incorrect, high voltage reading seems to be coming for the inverter,
not the Mate 3, since two Mates were used.
Has anyone experienced this?
What could be the cause and solution to the problem?
