I have a client with eight Pytes batteries (not v5) where I am upgrading them to a Midnite AIO tomorrow on an emergency basis. I can't find any integration information, so I assume they cannot talk in a closed loop. That's okay, however, I also can't find charge voltage set points for these batteries anywhere.
Does anybody know the absorb and float voltage of these 51.2V nominal batteries? Also, I noticed some of the batteries have six dip switches, and some have four. I assume these are just different versions. Anything I should be aware of? It looks like they simply Daisy chain together with ethernet cable for battery comms. No dip switch settings are required for inter battery communication. It looks like the dip switches are just for inverter comms. Thanks, Jason Szumlanski Florida Solar Design Group
