Hi Jay The same team members are working, Rick and Ronnie or email them just change the Midnitesolar to @ MidnitePower. You can call the 1-800 number for the MNP support, or the [email protected]. Also if you use the MidniteSolar help, they will move any email to the correct person for help. There should be no laps in warranty support or service support.
