That version of sol ark is known for out of balance loads shutting the inverter off.
To the best of my knowledge there is no fix. The work around was stated earlier in using an auto former. Or replacing the inverter with the 15kw which doesn’t have those issues

No AC-Coupling. This 3 yr. old 12k will not run an older worm-drive Skilsaw, nor a Dewalt Chop saw. One at a time, either one will shut the whole house down when you hit the trigger. Sol-Ark says you need to run a load on the opposite leg to make it work. (The customer was Not happy with that answer.) It’s only a 20a, 120vac circuit & the 12k has less than 100w loads. It does not open the circuit breaker at all. Amanda Potter Energy Storage Systems NABCEP PVIP Adirondack Battery & Solar, LLC (315) 212-2114 Im confused as to your question. Are you finding that the sol ark is not able to operate at 9k continuous on the output? Or that it won't pass 12k on the input with AC coupling?

I’ve been trying to research the threads here for what relief, if any, Installers have gotten from Sol-Ark for there false claims of the AC Load Output of the 12K.
(I know, I know… As one of our awesome Installers from Maine told me, “Don’t drink the koolaid!)
Thanks ahead of time.
