Having been in the renewable energy business for decades I am still learning
new things all the time. I am also as cheap as the next guy and hate spending
money. That being said, in my opinion you should embrace getting your CE
credits in the manner for which it is intended and seek training in subjects
you are interested in knowing more about there by increasing your knowledge,
improving your skills, and staying current as technology evolves. Yes it is an
investment, but done properly money well spent.

Solar Energy International. Not free but the content I saw last time was very
good.

You're not alone on missing CEUs. After not going to last two or three NABCEP
CEU conferences I will attend the one in March in Milwaukee. The last
conference I attended was excellent and a real motivation boost being around
solar professionals.

Ps...small shout out to Rolls batteries (I think you're on here): I could
listen to the lead acid battery charging discussion over and over. Loved that
demo of expert knowledge.

Subject: [RE-wrenches] NABCEP PVIP CEU Courses

Things got busy at the end of 2025, and I let my PVIP lapse. While I have many
of the CEU covered over the last three years, I need to get some quick courses
completed to reinstate my certificate. I'm short about 8 hours.

Does anyone know where to find some on-demand free or low-cost online courses
to get this done quickly and painlessly? I know there is a course catalog, but
it's a bit convoluted.
