Kris,  Outback tech support is still there with Chris who has been with
outback a long time and if you hit the chat button, you will also get a
live body.  I’m planning to continue with Outback products on some of my
installs, especially high end unattended off grid systems and grid tie
backup. I have customers asking for “as if I am off grid” systems which the
Radian in Mini-Grid mode handles nicely.  Now that OpticsRE seems to be
stabilized, I can offer high quality remote monitoring AND CONTROL
