I stopped using SolarEdge about 6 years ago.  The product wasn't bad... but
I did have some failures to deal with, as with any new product.  It was the
customer service, or lack of such, that drove me away.

What I did find out worked best back then was using the chat feature...
would never get an answer to email, or phone, but the chat would usually
get an answer within 15 to 20 minutes.

I still won't use them, for the customer service and some other reasons.
Which is too bad, because the technology was a pretty interesting concept.
