Hi folks:
A couple in Half Moon Bay, CA, approached us, to replace their old Xantrex inverter (when Xantrex was first buying Trace) - that inverter lasted over 20 years. This is on a battery based grid tie system. A cost-effective alternative was to offer an XW-6840 Pro; the problem is, even using the interface and programming, it will not sell back power. And Schneider tech support has been iffy to non-existent (which is frankly why we've sold few of these). Is there anyone in the neighborhood that can help these folks out?
