Summary: ebcdic problem

Initial Comment:
Hi all,

I still have a problem with re2c on EBCDIC platforms like
stated in request: 1711240.

Like I told you, I changed re2c to produce only hexnumbers instead of 'named'
characters like '"'.
This worked fine.

Now I updated to version 0.13.5 and I still have the problem that switches on
EBCIDIC platforms get inconsistent.

I'm using the -w option.

Despite that: re2c is great!

Regards

    Thomas
