Released 0.13.7.5.
This release has an important bugfix: code generation was broken
since 0.13.7 because of faulty common suffix elimination
(which I added for UTF-8 support).
This bug broke PHP's lexer ('here document' feature in particular).
The bug was reported to me by Sergei Trofimovich

PHP is an important enough user of re2c, so I added PHP's lexer to test
suite.
From now on re2c won't break PHP so easily (I hope).
Any other users of re2c are welcome to send their scanners,
I'll also add them to test suite. :)
