If you install Reactor under your webroot, you don't need a mapping.
If another customer has a /reactor mapping, they should be asked to
remove it. Mappings on shared hosts are a pain in the ass. I've had my
own site broken because someone else on my server has asked for a
mapping (that they didn't need!). I think I've persuaded my host now
that they should pretty much *never* install a mapping for anyone...
