Nope, reactor is finding the xml file ok. If I rename it I get an error saying it can't read the file.
This was a really small app, so for now I've just rewritten it, my dev and live environments were too different for me to efficiently figure this out. So the problem has gone away for now. When I get time I will try setting up the app with reactor in on the live server again, and see if I can find anything more useful.
