[Reactor For CF] setOrder()

Out of curiousity, I've read through the docs and viewed the components some, but I'm confused on how to use setOrder... can anyone give me a quick howto? I understand the Query, Record and Gateway objects so thats no issue, just need help with the order command. Thanks.
