[Reactor For CF] setMaxRows()

I know there is a setMaxRows option for the query object... Is there also a way to set the start row? So that I can specify if there is a table with 500 records I can set it to get maxrows 10 and then when I create my paging have a setStartRow or something equivalent to help with the paging? Cheers.
