variables scope in a controller is shared across all requests - because the controller is in application scope - and therefore it is not thread safe to use it for per-request data: one request might start using variables.objectRecord and then another request comes in and re-inits that **while something else is using it** hence the Big Red Flag. -- Sean A Corfield -- http://corfield.org/ Got frameworks?
