João – I’ve thought about this but I haven’t come to any conclusions yet.  I somewhat like your suggestion.  The biggest concern I have is who would use it?  How often?  How much value would 99% of reactor users get from it?  Can you do it without reactor?  (Do I have to document the /core directory of reactor?!!)

I had been thinking more of somehow allowing includes to other xsl files so you could somehow add your own methods/cfm to generated CFCs.  I’m not sure how to best do that yet.  The separate-and-custom xsl is certainly easier.

Anyone else interested?

Subject: [Reactor For CF] Custom xsl

Hi there,

Doug do you plan to introduce the ability to process custom xsl for each object defined?

I mean, if I want to use Reactor to generate FDS Assembler cfcs I could somehow defined it in reactor ?

Something like this:

<reactor>

                <custom-xsl>

                               <xsl file="somexslfile" invoke="myxsl"/>

                               <xsl file="someotherxslfile" invoke="myotherxsl"/>

                </custom-xsl>

</reactor>

And be able to invoke those like this:

myreactorFactory.createCustom("myxsl",myobject)

Is this doable?
