I ran into this same error message, but with a different cause -- the link table's relationships to its linked tables was not defined. Simply adding those relationships cleared up the error.
Moral: When Reactor complains, double-check your schema! If you're using a tool that uses database metadata to do your drudge work, it's not a bad idea to ensure said metadata is correct. :*)
