getting closer to a 1.0. Furthermore, as stable versions (RC1, RC, BC2, etc)
come around you might be able to look at those as being easier to swallow.
Either way, your boss is smart. Reactor is still alpha.

Oracle also has a 10g version. I used several versions of Reactor on Oracle 10g
version at work and, apart from the case issue ( which was a worthwhile point
to argue about ), it worked as expected in all my test cases.
The case issue, as mentioned before, is misleading because CFquery is not case
sensitive. Using Reactor on Oracle is. While this is an easily avoidable
mistake, it does cause a silly error which is somewhat annoying until
understood.
If there is a good reason for case sensitivity, I'll understand. We've had to
put Reactor down for now, because of the current cersioning and my Bosses
understandable conservatism on the topic.
Regardless, the case issue is simply minor point. We can work around it as it
is basically a training issue.
Reactor is an awesome framework that saves time, helps enforce consistancy and
works wonderfully. I would rather have Reactor with the case issue, than not at
all.
