Yeah, yeah, yeah; I know that. :-p But from a purely *development* perspective, it behaves pretty much the same as an interpreted language. So how would I say that better? "any development-time compiled language"? :-)

Tracing method calls is easy enough in either language (I found). If in doubt,
just throw an exception and look at the stack dump :-)

Whoa, you think stack dumps are just as easy for tracing method calls as a call hierarchy view or even just common IDE navigation? :-O (Can't wait until those kinds of things are available in CFEclipse -- and the return of true CF debugging.)
