Have you tried dumping the query object to view all of the methods?  In conjunctuion with the query object, the where object is probably what you will be most interested in.

I covered this topic at the end of a presentation that I gave in June.  That was based upon build 269, so bare in mind that Reactor has had more releases than that recently, but it will be a good introduction for you for all fo the methods for the query object.
