I'd say that Reactor is being used in a few commercial projects, but you may have a hard time finding examples. There may be a couple of reasons behind this:

(1) It is still in beta.

(2) I believe the final licensing has not been endorsed yet (LGPL or Apache).

I've personally used it in several in-house intranet applications with no problems and will roll out large projects to clients once it is out of beta.
