It looks like Reactor was not correctly extracted to the webroot. I believe what they did was extract Reactor into a directory called reactor, such that the path for the reactorFactory is really reactor.reactor.reactorFactory.
Try copying the contents of D:\ftp\prevent\Htdocs\reactor\reactor\ into D:\ftp\prevent\Htdocs\reactor\ .

O.K., for those of you who were following my journey yesterday with the
error not of type reactor.reactorFactory--I've gotten a response back

They ran filemon on the server and got the following errors:

Any insights as to what this may mean? Is reactor missing some files or
is it some kind of path issue? I've FTPed the current build several
times and still get this same error.
