| Kevin, One of the three files is a "private" file that Reactor reserves the right to modify at any point in time. They're located at /reactor/project/{project_name}/{object_type}. You can't tell Reactor to put them in a different place, so you're not going to have an issue with the 2 CFCs of the same name colliding... one will ALWAYS go under /reactor/project...
