| Thanks Joao (is there a character combo on US keyboards so I can put the accented "a" in your name?). I like this solution because it is compatible across databases. I'll give it a try and if it is not a huge performance hit I'll go with it. If its slow, I'll add a query to the gateway. Ryan, I've never seen an exception join--I'll have to look into it. Teddy, you're right about isIn not being in the query object and is only indirectly helpful on the where object in this situation. If performance is key, I think your gateway suggestion is the way to go. Thanks all,
