[Reactor for CF] Reactor Custom directories

We're using a Reactor in an application that has many tables. As a consequence, our reactor config file has become very large and the number of files in each of the custom directories has mushroomed.
If we split the reactor config file into multiple files, I think we would need different instances of reactor.  Is there another way of organizing this?
