Dan, I know you can pass a comma separated list of column names that will sort the results of the query.  I.e., gateway.getAll('id,name,etc...') being equivalent to .... ORDER BY id ASC, name ASC, etc.... What I don't know is how to make those descending.  Maybe someone else will chime in.
