At least I'm not the only one. Maybe we can get a handle on this now.
I've used two methods for calling reactor in the circuit.xml.
I have used:
<invoke object="application.reactor" method="createGateway"
returnvariable="variables.userGateway">
<argument value="tblLeaveUser" />
</invoke>
<invoke object="variables.userGateway" methodcall="getAll()"
returnvariable="qryGetAllUsers" />
I also have used the versions of the reactor lexicons from dopefly as
follows:
<reactor:gateway alias="tblLeaveUser"
returnvariable="variables.userGateway" />
<reactor:getAll alias="variables.userGateway"
returnvariable="qryGetAllUsers" />
In both cases, it creates the correct (and identical) parsed files and
as I mentioned before, if I run the relevant <cfset> statements in a
single file, runs correctly.
In the 2 methods above, it looks like the gateways are created
correctly, but bombs on the getAll().

Byron, It's interesting that I'm also using Fusebox 5 and have this problem.
Patrick, are you also using FB5?

I too seem to be ok with single file tests (95% of the time). I always
have a problem when I run it through my Fusebox 5 app. The funny thing
is that I just copied the relevant <cfset>'s from the parsed file into a
single cfm file and it works.
Doug, I can send my FB app stripped down?

I'm working on it. Reactor seems to handle my single file tests with
no trouble. I've found one form in my big, hairy application that
produces the error about 30% of the time. If I can strip that down to
something manageable (and still produce the error) I'll post it here.
