[Reactor for CF] Question on query hash code

Folks,

I'm looking at this ticket logged by Mark: http://trac.reactorframework.org/reactor/ticket/88 .

His ticket raises the question of how structToString should treat undefined elements. For example: 
CFDATATYPE  	 [undefined struct element]
_expression_ 	MAX(SortOrder)+1
FIELDALIAS 	SortOrder
OBJECTALIAS 	PolicyDoc

structToString could default undefined elements to an empty string but this isn't the same as being undefined. The function could ignore it but that's not the same thing either.

Any thoughts or suggestions about how structToString should handle this situation?
