It was kind of a rhetorical question, meant to enunciate the mandatory nature of load testing prior to deployment. With free tools like the Microsoft Web Stress Tool (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=E2C0585A-062A-439E-A67D-75A89AA36495&displaylang=en) there's really no reason to have to go through this particular kind of pain.
I'm not trying to sound abrasive, and I do mean this criticism in a constructive way: This is the second post you've sent to the list in the last four days with the words "URGENT" in the subject that describe some problem with the deployment of your site. I am indeed trying to help (see my other post with some suggestions) as are others, but I think one thing that is clear is that you need a bit more discipline in the way you test and deploy your applications. I hope that your problems get solved, but I also hope that this experience helps you realize the problems in your current process and what needs to be improved. One needs to perform diligent testing before deploying any public web application, but when using pre-beta code like Reactor or when your testing and production servers are running differing versions of CF server, then thorough testing is simply mandatory.
