As far as I know, the only official docs are the livedocs at livedocs.reactorframework.org. Anything should be pointing to this same content.... weather it is or not, that may or may not be true. The honest fact of the matter is I've been busy with other things.
I'd love to see a few people step foward to take ownership of the docs and possibly framework mantenance. There's no reason reactor couldn't be a 1.0. It just need a couple tweaks and some better docs.
