Hi Tom,

Thanks for replying.

I am stumbling over the terminology issue that you noted. Does Manager
equal (what I would call) a Service, and Service equal (what I would
maybe call) a Web Service? If so, one thing that confuses me is the
fact that UserManager.getUsersInDepartment has access="remote".
