I haven't actually seen anyone else agree unambiguously to SUBLIST,
but since you appear to be OK having it in, well, OK!

Give ourselves a day or two, just in case we forgot something?  After
all, 31 was the proposed freeze date - it seems appropriate to have it
as the release date.  Of course, if your free time is mostly this
weekend and 31 isn't very much free time, it seems OK for now.

Do we need to implement #{weird symbol}# syntax in the Guile
compatibility layer?  I forgot to do it, sorry!

We might then need to fork branches for stable/0.3 bugfix and
unstable/provisional 0.4 after release.
