I've re-added some code to the updated Scheme implementation to annotate positions, and the code now detects more errors. It passes the current test suite, and it processes sweeten.sscm and letterfall identically to the old implementation. Which means it should be reasonably correct.
So I plan to soon switch to the updated Scheme implementation as the default. Then I can add exception handling to the new version without causing problems for the old. Any objections? --- David A.
